Initiate the conversation

Reach out to us via our online form. Start the conversation with a sales professional! We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours and have you fill out a questionnaire that provides us information on how we can best serve your needs!

Meet on site

We will schedule a meeting with you at your property at which time we will walk around the property together, listen to your ideas and provide answers to your questions. We will take photos, videos and measurements of your property as well. The goal of this meeting is to collect information that will be used as we move forward through the process.

Work through a design process tailored to your needs

From the basics to 3D renders, we recognize that different clients require different depths of design for their project. This is why we uniquely create a custom design experience based on your needs.

Proposal and Contract

Now that we have an understanding of what you are looking for, we will provide a detailed proposal for your project. At this time we will discuss the proposed plans and make revisions if necessary. Once finalized, we will present you with a final contract that clearly defines expectations for both parties, in order to ensure a concise and professional relationship throughout our time working together!

A scheduling and supplies deposit is required at this time, in order to lock in your project.

Construction process begins!

Prior to breaking ground on construction we will work to make sure everything is in order for an efficient installation procedure including permits, materials, locates, etc.

Once the scheduled start date has arrived, we will set up the job site for efficient operation, and begin construction. Our management will be in constant contact throughout the process, and provide you with a weekly report that explains what was accomplished over the past week, and which direction we are headed for the following week.
